Adults: Ages 18 & above
Youth: Up to age 17
All categories are open to all ages
Limit: 1 entry per category, max 2 entries per person

$5.00 per entry
Payment options: Cash, PayPal, or most cash apps only

All entries must include peaches as an ingredient. No exceptions!

Each entry must include the following on a plain 8½ x 11" white sheet (typed or neatly printed):
Name & Age (Age only required for Youth Division)
Address & Phone Number
Full Recipe (ingredients with measurements + instructions)
🚫 Entries will NOT be accepted without a recipe!

🫙 Canned Goods Rules
Use standard BALL, KERR, or MASON jars (½ pint to 1 quart)
Must be sealed using the hot water bath method (no wax seals!)
Jars must be clean, unmarked, and free from rusty seals or rings
Entries must be home-canned between August 2024 – July 2025
🍰 Baked & Other Entry Rules
Must be prepared within 48 hours of turn-in
Use disposable containers unless retrieving after judging
No items requiring refrigeration
Ice Cream must be hard frozen and 1 pint

Photos of each participant will be taken at drop-off.

Held in historic downtown Weatherford, TX, the Peach Festival attracts over 50,000 attendees from across Texas and beyond for a full day of shopping, food, music, and family fun, all centered around famous Parker County peach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, connect with a diverse and enthusiastic crowd, and be part of a long-standing community tradition. Whether you sell handmade goods, specialty foods, handcraft items, apply today to be part of the Peach Festival experience!
Vendor Registration & Review Process
The Parker County Peach Festival uses EventHub as our official vendor registration and communication platform. EventHub makes it easy to apply, communicate with festival staff, and keep all your events information in one place. Creating an EventHub account is completely free.
Tips for a Successful Vendor Application
Help us review your application quickly and fairly by keeping these tips in mind:
1. Be specific about your products, clear descriptions help us maintain a balanced variety of vendors and avoid too many similar offerings.
2. Upload photos as requested, 2 of products and 2 of booth set-up
3. Complete every required field. Applications must be fully complete to be reviewed.
4. Read the Terms & Conditions. This helps avoid surprises and ensures a smooth festival experience for everyone.
Our goal is to create a fun, diverse, and successful event for both vendors and attendees. Thank you for taking the time to submit a complete application.
How to apply

- Select your desired booth type from the Opportunities box and add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and create an EventHub account when prompted.
- Complete and Submit your application, making sure all required fields are filled out.
